We offer supervised COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) for international travel.

COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) are conducted at our pharmacy under the supervision of one of our pharmacists in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Strict health and safety protocols are followed.

A signed certificate of test results is provided after the rapid testing is complete.

Please note: Inconclusive and positive results may require you to have a PCR confirmation test immediately following the result. Patients must not eat or drink for 15 minutes before attending the pharmacy for their test. Please carry your original passport. We require evidence of your full name on the passport, in order to prepare our certificate and verify your identity. We will not accept copies.

The cost for supervised testing is $49.95, including the cost of the purchase of the test kit. Appointments are available each week.
New appointment times are made available if all appointments times are filled.

What brand of RAT do we use?

We generally use All Test RATs, which are registered by TGA on the ARTG. If they are out of stock, we will select another test registered on the ARTG.

Can I choose between the different types of RAT?

We generally have both oral tests and nasal tests available for use.  The All Test RAT (Nasal) is rated very high sensitivity by the TGA. The All Test RAT (Oral Fluid) is rated as high sensitivity.

Can I bring my own RAT?

No. In order for us to properly supervise the test, we need to be certain that the test kit has been stored in appropriate conditions, is within expiry, is registered on the ARTG and that we are confident about the results.
