DELIVERY OPTIONS

Our compounding pharmacy delivers across Australia and offers two methods of shipping. Please see the table below for further details.

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday).

To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt, subject to taking any precautions that are required (e.g. social distancing).

If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.  

Alternatively, you can select ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout and your parcel will be left at the delivery address.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. stock unavailability) this may be extended. In such instances, we will contact you to advise of the delay. 

Heathershaw’s Compounding Pharmacy takes no responsibility for any delay in delivery caused by any acts or omissions of carriers. 

While we take every care to package your product appropriately for transport, we take no responsibility for loss of products or damage to products that occurs during shipping. Online orders are processed and shipped from Glen Iris, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.

ORDERS CONTAINING ALCOHOL

If the item(s) in your order are declared as an flammable, they require some extra special care when packaging. Please note these orders will not qualify for express delivery. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We strive to ensure all of our customers are well looked after.

Damaged or Defective Goods

We will re-prepare any damaged or defective items at no charge. Please phone or email us about damaged or defective items:

Prescriptions & Compounded Medicines

Due to VIC Health Regulations, prescription items and compounded medicines cannot be returned for refund.

Cancellation of Orders

As all products are prepared for an individual’s use, we cannot issue a refund for cancellation after an order has been submitted and accepted.
