Questions people actually ask

What is a Dose Administration Aid?
A Dose Administration Aid (DAA) sorts your medicines into sealed, clearly labelled packs by day and time, so you always know you've taken the right dose. It's prepared by our pharmacists, tailored to your exact medication routine.
Who is a DAA useful for?
DAAs are popular with anyone juggling multiple medications, people who find packaging fiddly to open, and those caring for a family member's medications. Many of our patients are older adults living independently, but a DAA can help anyone who wants more certainty around their doses.
How much does a DAA cost?
Fees apply and vary depending on your medication regimen. Speak to our pharmacists or contact us for a personalised quote - there's no charge for the conversation.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No booking is needed. Simply walk in or contact us to get started, and our pharmacists will talk you through setting up your pack.
What do I need to bring?
Bring along your current medications and any prescriptions you have on hand. If you're not sure what you're taking, that's okay too - our pharmacists can check your dispensing history and help piece it together.
What happens if my prescription changes?
Just let us know. Our pharmacists action prescription changes fast, so you're never left waiting for an updated pack.
Can I get my DAA delivered?
Yes. We offer free local delivery if getting to us isn't possible - just ask our team when you set up your pack.
Where can I collect my DAA?
Yes. DAAs are currently available at Burke Road and Wattletree Road. You can collect or manage your DAA at whichever suits you best.
